Meet & Greet Rules and Requirements:

How Tickets Will Be Sold
• We will first begin selling the Saturday meet & greet sessions and then Sunday’s sessions in April.

• Each guest will have one meet & greet session per day. 10 meet & greet sessions each day, 20 total.

• Each meet & greet session will be 30 minutes long, with an extra 10 minutes at the end for a photo with the guest.

• Each meet & greet session will have 20 seats.

• 18 seats will have a fixed price ranging from $100-$300, depending on the guest and the seat location.

• 2 seats will be held back from each session and sold off auction-style at the end.

• 4 seats in each meet & greet session will be made available for pre-order 24 hours before the public for all VIP pass holders (keep an eye on your email for the notification).

Age Requirements
In order to make sure everyone is able to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves in this event, we require all participants to be 10 years of age or older.  Children between the ages of 10 and 15 will also need a parent or guardian to be in attendance.  Both the adult and child must have a ticket to the event to be admitted.

Please note that while we do not encourage discussions of anything violent or sexual in nature, we do understand that the level of content could become inappropriate for anyone under the age of 18.  We ask that you keep this in mind when purchasing tickets for your minor.

Procedure
Each Meet and Greet is scheduled to be 40 minutes long.  The first 30 minutes are for discussion, the style of which is up to each actor to decide.  Some actors may run theirs session like a conversation, some may choose to do it Question-and-Answer style.  The final 10 minutes will be used for a selfie-style picture with each participant.

Please arrive at the door for the Meet and Greet room 15 minutes before your session is to begin.  We ask that you have both your ticket and your photo ID with you.  A volunteer will be waiting to check you in.

Please note that at 5 minutes past the start time of the Meet and Greet session the doors will be shut, and will not reopen until the session is over.  This is to make sure that everyone can make the most of their time at this event.  If you are in line for photos or autographs, and it is getting close to the start of your Meet and Greet please make a volunteer aware, so that they can get you to your Meet and Greet on time!

After you are checked in you will be asked to place your phones and bags on a table inside the room. Phones are to remain on silent.  No recording is permitted during the Meet and Greet session.  During the last 10 minutes of the session you will be permitted to use your phones for selfie-style pictures with the guest.

There will be a moderator in the room at all times.  When all participants arrive the moderator will kick off the event, and help begin the session.  We ask that all questions and comments be kept kind and respectful.  The moderator reserves the right to adjust any paths of discussion that become inappropriate, or if there is a problem with one attendee speaking over others, and not giving everyone a chance to participate.  Discussions during the Meet and Greet session are to be kept between the participants and the guests.

Each Meet and Greet is scheduled to be 40 minutes long.  The first 30 minutes are for discussion, the style of which is up to each actor to decide.  Some actors may run theirs session like a conversation, some may choose to do it Question-and-Answer style.  The final 10 minutes will be used for a selfie-style picture with each participant.

Please arrive at the door for the Meet and Greet room 15 minutes before your session is to begin.  We ask that you have both your ticket and your photo ID with you.  A volunteer will be waiting to check you in.

Please note that at 5 minutes past the start time of the Meet and Greet session the doors will be shut, and will not reopen until the session is over.  This is to make sure that everyone can make the most of their time at this event.  If you are in line for photos or autographs, and it is getting close to the start of your Meet and Greet please make a volunteer aware, so that they can get you to your Meet and Greet on time!

After you are checked in you will be asked to place your phones and bags on a table inside the room. Phones are to remain on silent.  No recording is permitted during the Meet and Greet session.  During the last 10 minutes of the session you will be permitted to use your phones for selfie-style pictures with the guest.

There will be a moderator in the room at all times.  When all participants arrive the moderator will kick off the event, and help begin the session.  We ask that all questions and comments be kept kind and respectful.  The moderator reserves the right to adjust any paths of discussion that become inappropriate, or if there is a problem with one attendee speaking over others, and not giving everyone a chance to participate.  Discussions during the Meet and Greet session are to be kept between the participants and the guests.

Meet & Greet Rules and Requirements:

How Tickets Will Be Sold
• We will first begin selling the Saturday meet & greet sessions and then Sunday’s sessions in April.

• Each guest will have one meet & greet session per day. 10 meet & greet sessions each day, 20 total.

• Each meet & greet session will be 30 minutes long, with an extra 10 minutes at the end for a photo with the guest.

• Each meet & greet session will have 20 seats.

• 18 seats will have a fixed price ranging from $100-$300, depending on the guest and the seat location.

• 2 seats will be held back from each session and sold off auction-style at the end.

• 4 seats in each meet & greet session will be made available for pre-order 24 hours before the public for all VIP pass holders (keep an eye on your email for the notification).

Age Requirements
In order to make sure everyone is able to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves in this event, we require all participants to be 10 years of age or older.  Children between the ages of 10 and 15 will also need a parent or guardian to be in attendance.  Both the adult and child must have a ticket to the event to be admitted.

Please note that while we do not encourage discussions of anything violent or sexual in nature, we do understand that the level of content could become inappropriate for anyone under the age of 18.  We ask that you keep this in mind when purchasing tickets for your minor.
